She and colleagues observed it on 2016 February 20 with the Very Large Array (VLA) and need to know whether it is (was) in outburst. Observations of SU UMa in the AAVSO International Database from around the time of the VLA observations show it to be in quiescence: Feb. 17.8722 UT, <13.7 (MUY, E. Mullyaert, Oostende, Belgium); Feb. 20.8181, <13.4 (OJR, J. Ripero, Madrid, Spain); but the observations are sparse and there are no observations between these two or since Ripero's of Feb. 20. Observations prior to Muyllaert's confirm that SU UMa was in quiescence for at least several days. Two requests are being made now: - Please observe SU UMa and report its status to the AAVSO. Time series are not necessary. If SU UMa is in outburst, please monitor it until it has returned to minimum. - If you have recent observations of SU UMa, particularly from Feb. 17 to the present, please submit them to the AAVSO as soon as possible. Coordinates: R.A. 08 12 28.28 Dec. +62 36 22.3 (2000.0) Please submit your observations to the AAVSO International Database using the name 'SU UMA'. Editor: Please also report your observations to Gary Poyner for the next TA magazine issue and also to the BAAVSS database. In a separate e-mail Diego Rodriguez-Guadarrama Observatory reports on 2016 Feb 23.871 V=13.24.
