Balanutsa et. al., (Moscow State University) relays news on The Astronomer's Telegram 8725 their discovery a high amplitude dwarf nova outburst (amplitude >5.5m). The MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system recorded the OT at: RA 08h 41m 40.94s DEC +72d 27m 32.6s on 2016 Feb 22.892UT. The OT unfiltered magnitude is 14.7m. The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place. They also have a reference image on 2013 Dec 30.898UT possibly not showing the OT to an unfiltered magnitude limit 19.5m A further archive image shows a previous outburst on MASTER-Tunka database on 2013 Apr 25 (19:01:50UT) OT=13.1. There is a USNO-B1 star B2=18.70,R2=18.73, I=18.72, so they suggest the dwarf nova outburst with an amplitude of more than 5 magnitudes.
