CSS 090918:001538+263657 = 1RXS J001538.2+263656 (UG)

There has recently been a Gaia alert that 1RXS J001538.2+263656, a UGSU
eruptive object in Pegasus, was recorded bright at magnitude 13.89 (G). The
alert entry, Gaia16apa, records the bright phase on 2016 May 15 at 16h37mUT.
An earlier outburst was recorded by the Catalina Real Time Survey (CRTS). On
2015 Oct 10, it was noted at magnitude 13.48.
