MASTER OT J173432.09+191254.2

P. Balanutsa et. al., MASTER team report on TEL #15173 discovery of 
MASTER OT J173432.09+191254.2 a new OT, dwarf nova outburst,
Amplitude >6.5m.

MASTER-Kislovodsk auto-detection system during own survey detected new
optical transient source at:
RA 17h 34m 32.09s DEC +19d 12m 54.2s on 2022-01-20.14418 UT. 

The OT unfiltered magnitude is 15.7m (mlim=17.6m).

The OT is seen in 3 images. There is no minor planet at this place.

THey have reference image on 2015-08-14.75668 UT with unfiltered mag
limit=21m.

There is no known sources in VIZIER at this position.

But there is non-catalogued blue OT at PanSTARR images, taking into account
neighbouring faint stars with known rmag~22, the amplitude of current OT
outburst is more then 6.5mag.
