Supernova 1987D
Cherepashchuk telexes that Metlova has discovered a supernova of
mpg 14 on Apr 20.84888UT in MCG +00-32-001=UGC 07370 which is
located RA 12h17m.2 DEC +02 22'(1950). The object is offset from
the nucleus: RA +15" DEC -27". The galaxy is of mpg 14.6, dia 72",
type Sb-c.

P/Comet Reinmuth 2 (1987l)
J.Gibson, Palomar, reports recovery of this comet on Apr 11 at
m2=19. It is close to the predicted position from elements on
MPC 10522.
