COMPUTER PROGRAM APPEALS

"I am currently writing a program which requires 1950 epoch solar
cartesian coordinates accurate to the sixth or seventh decimal
place. At present I have to enter these coordinates manually. Can
anyone help  with algorithms or programs to automate the process?"

"I urgently need a program in basic to convert RA and DEC for any
equinox to another eg 1950 to 2000 etc. I am not an experienced
programmer so a simple listing for Commodore 64 would be ideal!"
