CH CYGNI
John Isles, Cyprus, reports that on Feb 14 at 04.00UT he observed
a possible rise in magnitude to 7.1-7.2 compared with an earlier
observation (date?) at 8.4 (10x50 monocular).
G.M.Hurst reports a tentative observation through clouds with
moonlight on Feb 16 at 19.48UT when the variable was glimpsed near
magnitude 7.9 (15x80B). Are there any other recent results?

and K.S.Russell (Siding Spring). Improved elements:
