It is planned to monitor this object during the URA mission which has been rescheduled for launch tomorrow Apr 28 at 11.01GMT. We are asked to monitor V635 Cas until May 6 to achieve simultaneous coverage. Please e-mail any 1991 estimates, and further estimates daily. The position of the object is: RA 01h15m14s DEC +63 28.6'(1950). TA chart current reference 900421. SV SAGITTAE Further to the note on E511, a further fade has taken place: Apr 16.11UT, 13.4 (Poyner); 20.09, 13.6 (Poyner); 23.07, 13.9 (Poyner); 23.91, 14.4 (Timo Kinnunen, Finland). Professional astronomers plan to use the INT to observe it but ask we provide continuous coverage on this star. PERIODIC COMET FAYE (1991n) S. Nakano, Sumoto, Japan, reports the recovery of this comet by T. Seki, Geisei, as given below. The comet has a small coma. The indicated correction to the prediction on MPC 13042 (ephemeris on MPC 17840) is Delta(T) = -0.01 day. 1991 UT R.A. Phillips, Cerro Tololo Interamerican Observatory, telex: "Roberto Antezana (University of Chile) has discovered a supernova 3" west and 6" north of the nucleus of the spiral galaxy IC 4232 (R.A. = 13h20m37s, Decl. = -25 51'.0,equinox 1950.0). The supernova (mpg about 16) was found on a 20-min IIa-O plate taken by M. Hamuy and L. Wells with the CTIO Curtis Schmidt telescope on Apr.18.20UT, and was also recorded on a T-Max film taken by Hamuy and Wells with the Curtis Schmidt on Apr. 19.23. A CCD spectrum covering the wavelength range 360.0-680.0 nm obtained on Apr. 20.2 by Phillips with the CTIO 4.0-m telescope shows that this is a type-Ia supernova about 11 days past blue maximum. A spectrum of the nucleus of IC 4232 yields a redshift of 0.032." IAUC 5247 Guy M Hurst
