V1251 CYGNI
M.Moriyama, Nagasaki, Japan reports (via Taichi Kato) a rare
outburst of V1251 Cygni, an eruptive star located at:
RA 21h 39.0m DEC +48 26' (1950).
The GCVS gives a catalogued range of 12.5-[15p.
A report has subsequently been received from P.Schmeer, Germany.
Available estimates:
1991 Oct 25.54UT, 12.4(Moriyama); 26.89, 12.4 (Moriyama);
26.833, 12.7 (Schmeer); 26.864, 12.7 (Schmeer).
According to IBVS 123 (1966) the star was recorded on 7 plates
from 1963 Oct 11-23 but not visible and below mag 13 on 114
other plates back to 1942 (R.Weber).
The maximum in 1963 was on Oct 12 at mpg 12.5.

TAS 1108+55
Mirko Villi and G.Cortini, Forli, Italy report their discovery
of a possible new variable near Messier 108 during the course
of searches for the UK Nova/Supernova Patrol. The star,
formerly labelled as star '2' in the sequence, is located:
RA 11h 08.0m DEC +55 54' (1950).
Estimates by Villi and Cortini from 1991 Apr 12 -Sept 9 give
a range of 11.8-12.9 (bright Apr 12, faint Aug 31).

This adopts the format of Finders V2.3d released today. The only
major change to the above codes is the inclusion of a plotted
galaxy in the '-G' line. The first two numbers are the X,Y
coordinates and are followed by major and minor axis in arc
seconds and PA of the major axis.
Improved index display and RA sort have now been added.
Upgrades cost #3.00 if a disk with the existing file is sent.
