Jean-Claude Merlin, France e-mails that Jean-Marc Azema has
detected a possible uncatalogued variable star in Cygnus using a
300mm telephoto lens and T-Max 400 film. The object is located at:
RA 21h 38m 35s DEC +36 53' 38" (1950) (Accuracy +/-15")
Azema provides the following mpv results:
1991 Aug 4, 13.0; 17, 14.5; Sept 8, 13.0; Oct 29.88, 13.0.
He comments that there are two stars of mag 12.5-13.0 within 1'
of the position on Atlas Stellarum chart 89.
