COMPUTER PROBLEMS
Due to prolonged Computer problems at TA HQ, the main effort of the
TA team is being directed at dealing with urgent observational
news and issuing of E-Circulars. The RLSAC,CAVAD,SUSSEX and GOLD
boxes are being monitored, but with reduced efficiency. Therefore
replies to routine mail will inevitably be subject to long delays.

SUPERNOVA 1992B IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY
     C. Pollas, Observatoire de la Cote d'Azur, reports his discov-
