outburst (cf E614): Feb 28.873UT, 12.0. Our professional
collaborators need to know the actual maximum magnitude reached so

ESTIMATE in each case (eg A(1)v(1)B etc), the class of observation
(Class 1=+/- 0.1; Class 2=+/-0.2; Class 3=worse), the instrument
used and the sequence. The latter should preferably be based on
N/019.02 (cf E612) but if other stars are used please quote their
