DI URSAE MAJORIS
In view of the comments concerning a possible incorrectly
catalogued position for this variable in the GCVS, it would be
helpful if an astrometric position could be obtained by a TA
observer during the current outburst.
In addition to the positional discrepancy, the Editor also notes
that a comparison labelled 144 on the AAVSO charts is listed as a
double in the Guide Star Catalog. The two entries are:
GSC 3430.610 (14.11) and GSC 3430.1522 (14.17). In view of this
the star is omitted from the sequence on the (c) format chart
below:
