Mike notes it is also absent from TVMPSA to a limit of mpv=12.5. In response to an initial alert, Nick James, Chelmsford, UK has successfully photographed the object which is evidently fading: 1993 Sept 17.82UT, 12.0 (0.30-m refl + K2415, estimate by Editor) The Editor reports tentative sightings on photos by Jack Grills in the Patrol Archive: 1982 Aug 18.94UT, 11.6; Sept 8.92, 11.4. (135mm + Tri-X). There is a possibility that minimum occurs near solar conjunction and that the period may be 360-370d so analysis is difficult. Observations are URGENTLY needed during the present decline. \\\\\\TAV 1836+11c Found by Mike Collins S,120,10,S -C,18.6417, 11.1833,2000 P,18h 36.1m +11 08' (1950) O,59,57,11.1,[12.4pv -L,R,Var -T,Type ?
