MISSING CIRCULARS
It is inevitable that at the mailing of each circular various
problems will result in non-delivery of that issue to some
mailboxes. Although we are regularly told the local system was
not 'down' it is apparent the message can also fail anywhere on
route via the numerous gateways/machines involved. As some of
these systems do not generate a detailed 'failure' report we
cannot always identify which recipient was affected and attempt
to re-send. Please monitor the numbers and if one remains missing
e-mail the Editor who can re-send any of the most recent 20
which remain stored in the system. If anyone also has a backup
alternative e-mail address using a different gateway or machine
please advise us so we can re-send to this if necessary.
