C,D and E are designated in order eastward from A and are therefore
the fourth, third, second and fifth components mentioned on earlier
TA E-Circulars Nos 881 and 882. To calculate ephemerides use the
above elements but change T to Sept 18.866, 19.199, 19.206 and
19.267 respectively.
