In response to an appeal from the Editor regarding this outburst
(cf E932) Nick James has measured a precise position from CCD
images secured on 1995 Feb 26 with the 0.30-m f/5.25 Newtonian
+ Sony CCD: RA 09h46m36.64s DEC +44 46'44.8" (2000)
The reduction used 8 GSC stars (0.21"; 0.21")
The object currently in outburst is 2"W and 4"N of the position
in the Downes and Shara Atlas.

Based on 10 GSC stars with RMS residuals 0.087"; 0.22"
Measurement of this object was difficult due to the bright and
irregular background.
