The object was found on 1995 Feb 17 during the checking of films taken by Lennart Dahlmark. It has been found to be visible on earlier photos of 1969 July 17; 1976 July 26; 1985 Aug 13; 1992 Oct 23; 1993 July 23 and the range is 12.0-[15.5. Subsequent to the discovery, both Margareta Westlund and Karl Gustav Andersson saw it visually on 1995 Feb 26.86UT at approximately magnitude 13.0-13.5. Guy M Hurst
