L.Szentasko, Hungary, using a 0.33-m reflector provides confirmation: 1995 Oct 19.78, 14.1. V632 CYGNI (Q1995/098) M.Moriyama, Japan e-mails via VSNET that V632 Cygni, also on the Recurrent Objects List, is in outburst. This has been confirmed by E.Broens of Belgium: Oct 24.603, 14.7 (Moriyama, 0.33-m refl.); 25.61, 14.6 (Moriyama); 25.81, 14.2 (Broens).
