TASV J2352+665 (=Q1996/002)
Mike Collins, Everton, Beds, UK reports his discovery of a
suspected variable on films taken for the UK Nova/Supernova Patrol
on 1995 November 15.9UT. The object is located at:
RA 23h52m09s DEC +66 34'48" (2000) and is apparently:
IRAS 23496+6618.
