THE ASTRONOMER ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
This year's AGM will be held on Saturday September 28 at St.Mary's
Church Hall in Basingstoke, UK starting at 11am and with an
approximate finish of 5pm.

The cost of admission is 6.00 pounds which covers the whole day
meeting and also morning coffee and afternoon tea. For those who
wish to partake of an optional three course cooked luncheon,
again provided by Anne Hurst and her helpers, the cost is an
additional 7.00 pounds.

The building works involving the Church have now been completed
and this represents an excellent venue for a speaker hall,
exhibition, kitchen and dining room.

We are currently consulting speakers and will announce details
shortly.

Advance booking is essential and we strongly urge you to do
so now. Please send your remittance for the appropriate amount
to the editor at the address in the header of this circular
and state your full names, address and telephone number plus
the names of all persons included in the booking.
