V1251 CYGNI (Q1997/065)
Timo Kinnunen, Finland and Gary Poyner, Birmingham, England report
independent detections of an outburst of V1251 Cygni. Additional
CCD confirmation has been forthcoming from Tonny Vanmunster in
Belgium and published on CVC 150:

1997 Sept. 7.889UT, 13.3 (Timo Kinnunen, visual)
     Sept. 7.921UT, 13.8 (Gary Poyner, visual)
     Sept. 7.936UT, 14.1 (Tonny Vanmunster, CCD no filter)

Gary Poyner advises us that the last outburst, which was also
detected by him, was on 1994 Dec 30 at mag 13.0.
