This appears to be GSC 1908.0192 (V=12.16) located at: RA 07h12m06s DEC +29 37'41"(2000) The star was originally suspected of variation on 1995 Mar 3.9UT when it was recorded at mag 11.2 and was 're-found' bright on 1997 Dec 28.0UT at mag 11.3. The object was fainter than mag 12.3 on a master shot of 1990 Jan 24.1UT.
