HT CAS (=Q1998/025)
G.Chaple, USA reports via the AAVSO that HT Cas has been detected
in outburst and this has been confirmed by John Bortle and others:

         30.039, 13.0 J.Bortle, USA
         30.866, 13.6 Bill Worraker, Didcot, England 0.26-m refl.
         30.875, 13.4 Worraker
         30.910, 13.4 John Toone, Cressage, England 0.20-m SCT

According to the AAVSO database the previous recorded outburst
was in 1997 March.
