NSV 11565 (=Q1999/091)
Mike Collins, Everton, Beds, England, reports that he has
recovered NSV 11565 on photographs for the UK Nova/Supernova Patrol
taken of Area 26 in Lyra using 135mm telephoto lens and K2415 film.

He has consulted the original finding chart by Cuno Hoffmeister,
who found the object in 1967 as S 9645, and the identity is
confirmed. The variable is GSC 3123.0723 located at:

RA 18h55m47s DEC +40 10' 56" (2000).

On 1999 Feb 23.2UT, the object was faint at magnitude 11.2 whereas
on the master of 1991 Aug 9.0UT it was bright at magnitude 9.8.
