Nugent also reports the discovery of two supernovae on unfiltered CCD images on behalf of the Supernova Cosmology Project and the Spacewatch program at the University of Arizona: SN 1999 UT R.A. Li, University of California at Berkeley, reports the discovery of an apparent supernova by the Lick Observatory Supernova Search with the 0.8-m Katzman Automatic Imaging Telescope (KAIT). SN 1999bg was found and confirmed on unfiltered CCD frames taken on Mar. 28.3 and 29.3 UT (mag about 15.5 on both dates). The new object is located at R.A. = 12h04m07s.30, Decl. = +62o30'01".2 (2000), which is 33"W and 20"S of the nucleus of IC 758. IAUC 7135 (extract) SUPERNOVA 1999bh IN NGC 3435 Li also reports the discovery by LOSS of another apparent supernova in an unfiltered image taken on Mar. 29.2 UT (mag about 16.8). SN 1999bh was confirmed at mag 17.5 on an earlier image taken on Mar. 24.2 and is located at: R.A. = 10h54m46s.97, Decl. = +61o17'20".0 (2000), which is about 10" west and 3" south of the nucleus of NGC 3435. A KAIT image of the same field on Mar.17.2 (limiting mag about 19.0) already showed a hint of SN 1999bh. IAUC 7135 (extract) SUPERNOVAE 1999bi-1999bq A. Kim, College de France et.al., report the discovery of nine supernovae in the course of the automated supernova search with the 1-m Marly telescope (+ CCD) at La Silla: SN 1999 UT R.A. (2000.0) Decl.
