Modjaz and W. D. Li, University of California at Berkeley, on behalf of the Lick Observatory Supernova Search with the 0.8-m Katzman Automatic Imaging Telescope (KAIT), report the discovery of an apparent supernova in UGC 11268. The supernova was discovered on an unfiltered images taken on June 25.4 UT (mag about 15.8), and confirmed by earlier observations on June 22.4 (mag about 15.8) and 19.4 (mag about 15.9). The new object is located at: R.A. = 18h32m07s.10, Decl. = +37o36'44".3 (2000), which is 1".5E and 4".1S of the nucleus of UGC 11268. IAUC 7209 (extract) SUPERNOVAE 1999cr and 1999cs J.
