BC URSAE MAJORIS
Patrick Schmeer, Germany, reports his detection of an outburst of
this recurrent object which has been confirmed by Timo Kinnunen
(Finland) and Eddie Muyllaert (Belgium):

         31.799 ,  12.1 (Schmeer)
         31.836 ,  11.3 (Kinnunen, 0.44-m refl.)
         31.852 ,  11.9 (Schmeer)
     Apr  1.170 ,  11.1 (Muyllaert, 0.21-m T, AAVSO sequence)
          1.442 ,  11.4 (T.Watanabe, Japan)

The AAVSO quote in their News Flash No. 600, that their last
recorded outburst of this eruptive was in 1995 July. Full
details of this previous event were given on E-Circular 972.
