It was not reported at the time but he subsequently 'refound' it on film taken on 1997 May 30.0UT. It was again found, independently, on film of 1998 May 17.0UT at which stage it was reported to the editor and logged as Q1998/044. The suspect has been identified as GSC 3114.0985 and located at: RA 18h 03m 22s DEC +44 09' 49" (2000). It is not in the Tycho catalogue. Mike reports that on the first discovery photograph of 1993 Feb 28 it was magnitude 10.6 and on the second of 1997 May 30.0, brighter at magnitude 10.2. Further patrol negatives were provided to the editor on a special meeting at TAHQ with Mike on 2000 Dec 3.
