TA ANNUAL AWARDS, VOLUME 38
As announced in the August issue of 'The Astronomer' (in press), it
is once again time to invite all readers and subscribers to vote on
the contents of the last volume of the magazine, number 38, which
covered the period from 2001 May to 2002 April.

As before two votes are needed:
1) Best contributor to the COVER material in volume 38 (The 'Alan
Young' award).

2) Best OVERALL contributor to the magazine and 'TA' in general
(The 'George Alcock' award).

The editor wishes to encourage as many people as possible to vote
by e-mail where readers have this facility.

If, for any reason, an e-mail vote is not possible, please use the
combined AGM/Award slip in the August issue and post to the Editor
at the address given in the header of this circular.

All votes to arrive by 2002 September 10 at the latest please.
