Li of the LOTOSS team have reported on IAUC 7951 their detection of a possible supernova in MCG -01-09-024 on a KAIT image of Aug 8.5UT. The magnitude 16.6 object is located at: RA 03h 16m 00.33s DEC -05 30' 07.4" (2000) which places it 3.6"W and 10.1"S of the galaxy's centre. SUPERNOVA 2002ej IN NGC 6324 Tim Puckett, USA reports discovery of a magnitude 17.5 apparent supernova in NGC 6324 according to a note on IAUC 7951. The object was first recorded on Aug 9.11UT with a 0.35-m telescope at: RA 17h 05m 22.62s DEC +75 24' 24.2" (2000), 9.8"W and 1.3"S of the galaxy's centre. SUPERNOVA 2002ek On IAUC 7953, W. M. Wood-Vasey et.al., report their discovery of a magnitude 19.2 possible supernova on NEAT images of July 22.31UT at: RA 20h 32m 08.50s DEC -15 17' 57.9" (2000), 4"W and 6"S of the centre of an anonymous galaxy. SUPERNOVA 2002el In NGC 6986 A further LOTOSS discovery is detailed on IAUC 7953. First detection by KAIT was on Aug 12.3UT when the object was of magnitude 17.6. The location is: RA 20h 56m 30.09s DEC -18 33' 34.3" (2000), 8.1"W and 24.8"N of the centre of NGC 6986. Guy M Hurst
