The object, of magnitude 19.2, was first detected on 2003 Feb 17.5UT at: RA 16h 11m 11.56s DEC +61 15' 58.2" (2000) which is 4.8"E and 6.9"S of the galaxy's centre. SUPERNOVA 2003av IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY This magnitude 19.6 possible supernova was found on a NEAT image of Feb 4.28UT at: RA 08h 01m 32.57s DEC +02 48' 27.9" (2000), 3.5"E and 1.2"N of the centre of the host galaxy according to IAUC 8077. SUPERNOVA 2003aw IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY This magnitude 17.8 possible supernova was found on a NEAT image of Feb 6.26UT at: RA 09h 05m 54.79s DEC -05 36' 08.6" (2000), 0.2"E and 1"N of the host galaxy's centre according to IAUC 8077. SUPERNOVA 2003ax IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY This magnitude 18.7 possible supernova was found on a NEAT image of Feb 9.3UT at: RA 08h 08m 35.53s DEC +07 46' 42.2" (2000), 4"W and 1"N of the nucleus of an anonymous galaxy according to IAUC 8079. SUPERNOVA 2003ay IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY A further object recorded on NEAT images of Feb 19.1UT at magnitude 19.1 may be a supernova according to IAUC 8079. The position is: RA 04h 07m 26.25s DEC +28 07' 55.4" (2000), 2"W and 7"N of the centre of an anonymous galaxy. SUPERNOVA 2003az, 2003ba, 2003bb, 2003bc, 2003bd, 2003be The above six supernovae have been found on images of Hubble Deep Field North and are all below magnitude 23 (IAUC 8081). SUPERNOVA 2003bf IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY W. N. Wood-Vasey has reported on IAUC 8082 that a possible magnitude 17.6 supernova has been found on NEAT images of Feb 18.45UT at: RA 08h 08m 26.35s DEC +12 19' 56.2" (2000), 3.6"W and 1.4"S of the nucleus of an anonymous galaxy. SUPERNOVA 2003bg IN MCG -05-10-15 According to IAUC 8082, R Chassagne has reported a supernova of approximately magnitude 15 in MCG -05-1-15 on images of Feb 25.7UT at: RA 04h 10m 59.42s DEC -31 24' 50.3" (2000) placing it 16.3"W and 24.6"S of the centre of the galaxy. SUPERNOVA 2003ar IN MCG +12-15-47 The spectrum of this object found by Tom Boles and reported on TA E-Circular 1855, has been obtained by P. Berlind on Feb 22 showing it to be of type-Ia several weeks past maximum (IAUC 8078). SUPERNOVA 2003as IN MCG +08-10-7 The discovery of this object by Tom Boles was reported on TA E- Circular 1856. Berlind has also obtained a spectrum on Feb 22 showing it to be of type-IIn (IAUC 8078). SUPERNOVA 2003at IN MCG +11-20-23 A spectrum of this object, found by Mark Armstrong (cf TA E- Circular 1857), also by Berlind on Feb 22 shows it to be of type-II (IAUC 8078). Guy M Hurst
