The object is located at: RA 08h 09m 11.13s DEC +57 41' 14.0" (2000), 3"W and 9"N of the centre of MCG +10-12-78. The object was not present on Mark's images of 2000 Dec 30UT (limit 19.0) and 2003 March 14 (limit 18.5). A follow-up confirmatory image was obtained on March 31.786UT at a similar magnitude to the discovery image according to IAUC 8103 where the designation was announced. We offer our congratulations to Mark on his 41st supernova discovery. SUPERNOVAE 2003cj, 2003ck, 2003cl W. M. Wood-Vasey for the NEAT survey has reported on IAUC 8101 the discovery of three supernovae as follows: 2003cj Mar 26.28UT RA 12h 15m 51.90s DEC +08 59' 15.7" 0.8"W, 2.6"W 2003ck Mar 26.39UT RA 13h 06m 21.72s DEC +03 04' 21.0" 3.1"W, 0.6"N 2003cl Mar 27.24UT RA 12h 38m 50.11s DEC -02 49' 58.8" 2.2"E, 1.8"N All the above objects were fainter than magnitude 19.0 at discovery SUPERNOVA 2003cm IN UGC 10590 The LOTOSS team have reported on IAUC 8101 their discovery of a magnitude 19.4 supernova on images of Mar 27.5UT at: RA 16h 50m 55.02s DEC +59 43' 18.1" (2000), 8.9"W and 10.9"N of the centre of the galaxy UGC 10590. SUPERNOVA 2003cn IN IC 849 A further LOTOSS discovery of a supernova also appears on IAUC 8101. This magnitude 18.1 object was detected on images of March 29.4UT at: RA 13h 07m 37.05s DEC -00 56' 49.9" (2000), 24.2"W and 16.0"S of the nucleus of IC 849. SUPERNOVA 2003co IN ANONYMOUS GALAXY W. M. Wood-Vasey reports discovery of a magnitude 18.6 possible supernova on Palomar NEAT images of Mar 22.14UT at: RA 10h 49m 39.91s DEC +29 21' 44.6" (2000), 7.4"W and 7.9"S of the centre of the host galaxy according to IAUC 8102. SUPERNOVA 2003cg IN NGC 3169 Further to TA E-Circulars 1867 and 1871, Hitoshi Yamaoka, Japan has e-mailed us to advise a further correction to the co-discoverer's name which should read: Koichi Itagaki. He further reports that an unfiltered image by Y. Hirose, Japan on 2003 March 19.5UT does not show the object to a limiting magnitude of about 16.0. Guy M Hurst
