UV PERSEI
Patrick Schmeer, Germany has reported an outburst of this UG star
on 2003 Nov 4.767 at magnitude 11.5.

According to a report from the AAVSO, Hazel McGee did not record it
to a limit of 14.3 on Nov 4.066.

A follow-up unfiltered CCD image by Tonny Vanmunster of Belgium on
Nov 4.940UT confirmed the outburst at magnitude 11.8. 

The last recorded outburst was on 2000 Dec 24.
