LEONIDS
According to a report from the International Meteor Organisation
and notes on a recent issue of CCNET, Vaubaillon et. al. have
suggested that there may be an early additional peak of the Leonid
meteor shower on 2003 November 13 (tonight) centred on
approximately 17.17UT with a duration of three hours. 

This prediction is evidently based on a clump of debris from Comet
Tempel-Tuttle left in 1499. There is a possible Zenithal Hourly
Rate of 120.

Could those TA subscribers suitably placed internationally, attempt
observation and submit their reports to Tony Markham with a copy to
the main editor.

Vaubaillon also suggests a peak of 100 ZHR on November 19 at
07.28UT based on dust left by the comet in 1533.
