The star HIP 50299, of magnitude 8.6v and located at: RA 10h 16m 12s DEC +03 32'57" (2000) will be occulted by 241 Germania of magnitude 12.6 (diameter 169km) between 04h 01m and 04h 10mUT. For South Western England the event should take place at about 04h 03.5mUT but again we recommend an earlier start to familiarise yourself with the field.
