Jan indicates that updated path runs over Turkey around 18:58 UT, Bulgaria ~19:05 UT, SW Romania ~19:07 UT, N Serbia ~19:09 UT, SW Hungary ~19:11 UT, NE Slovenia ~19:12 UT, Austria around 19:13.5 UT, S Germany around 19:17 UT, Luxembourg ~19:19 UT, Belgium ~19:20 UT, very N France ~19:21 UT, England around 19:23.5 UT and Ireland ~19:27 UT. He predicts a maximum duration of 9.6 seconds and a magnitude drop of 6.5. Unfortunately this slow-moving asteroid, then of magnitude 16.6, is quite small (about 17km) and there is considerable uncertainty over the prediction. It is therefore advisable to start monitoring the star early. The star, of magnitude 10.1 is located at: RA 06h 47m 25s DEC +18 53' 51" (2000) which places it in Gemini. Guy M Hurst
