BZ UMA Gary Poyner relays that Mike Simonsen has detected an outburst of BZ UMa on Feb 25.294 at 11.6v. This is the first outburst seen since December 2002. Gary adds that the search for a superoutburst & superhumps in BZ UMa goes on, despite the current thinking that the star is a dwarf nova below the period gap.
