ANTIPIN V80 (VAR 80 PER)
S. V. Antipin, Sternberg Astronomical Institute, Moscow reports on IBVS 
5573 his detection of a new variable star on 205 plates (JD 
2438101-49634) of the Moscow collection.

Eight outbursts have been revealed. The range of variability on Moscow 
plates is 14m.1-<17m.6. All observed outbursts are relatively

The object's position is:
RA 02h 46m 02s.33  DEC +34 55' 08.4" (2000)

Gary Poyner, Birmingham, reports an outburst of this object as follows:
2004 Nov 13.097UT  14.3  Seq.  USNO A2.0 from a Simonsen chart.

Mike Simonsen, Imlay City, USA, reports confirmation on 2004 Nov 13.15UT 
at magnitude 14.5.
