(2000.0) Decl. Mag. Offset 2005db Jly 19.14 00 41 26.79 +25 29 51.6 17.3 16"W, 2"S VARIABLE STAR NEAR UGC 11800 M. Baek and W. Li report on CBET 184 the LOSS discovery of a variable star near the galaxy UGC 11800 on unfiltered KAIT images. The following magnitudes were measured: 2005 July 22.35UT, 15.6, 23.35, 15.6, 24.40, 15.7. The variable star is located at: RA 21h 43m 32.94s DEC +46 12' 22.2" (2000), which is 48.8"E and 108.9"S of the nucleus of UGC 11800. It was not recorded on a KAIT image of July 16.36 to a limit of 19.0. VARIABLE STAR NEAR MCG -04-35-5 A further LOSS detection of a variable star, this time near the galaxy MCG -04-35-5 has been reported on IAUC 8574. It was recorded on KAIT images of July 25.19 and 26.18UT at magnitude 15.8 and 15.9 respectively. The variable is located at: RA 14h 43m 35.30s DEC -23 26'30.6" (2000). It is not present to a limit of 19.0 on an image of 2004 May 24.20UT. SUPERNOVA 2005dc IN NGC 7107 Discovery by Tenagra Search of a possible supernova (CBET 187): SN 2005 UT R.A. (2000.0) Decl. Mag.
