This meeting will be held on Saturday, October 22 in St. Mary's Church Hall complex in Basingstoke. The doors open and coffee will be served from 10.30am and the provisional finish will be 5.30pm although the full agenda has yet to be finalised. Speakers Phil Rosenberg (Open University): 'The Cassini Huygens Mission to Saturn's moon Titan' Dr. Mark Kidger (Tenerife): 'After the 9P impact' Jeremy Shears: 'CCD Imaging & Photometry from Bunbury Observatory' Dr. Christian Kaiser (University of Southampton): 'Galaxy clusters, building blocks of the Universe' Gary Poyner: 'Visual Observations of Variable Stars - Still a role to play' Further additions will be made to the provisional programme in due course. You are therefore strongly urged to book NOW especially as this also enables you to obtain a saving on the admission charge. Exhibition We encourage observers to bring along examples of their work and achievements over the last year so we can exhibit such material at our meeting. Please send brief details of your exhibit to the editor with a rough indication of space needed.
