SUPERNOVAE 2005en AND 2005eo IN UGC 4132
Tim Puckett, M. Peoples and the Lick Observatory Program have reported 
on IAUC 8605 that they have discovered two supernovae IN THE SAME GALAXY 
on the same date as follows:

2005en  Sep. 27.19  07 59 12.61  +32 55 00.5  17.5   5.8" W, 6.9" N
2005eo  Sep. 27.19  07 59 13.94  +32 55 19.7  18.3   11.0"E, 26.1"N

COMETS 171P/SPAHR AND 172P/YEUNG
Dan Green, Central Bureau, has announced permanent numberings given 
recently (cf. MPC 54797) to two additional comets:
171P/1998 W1 = 2005 R3 (cf. IAUC 8599)
172P/2001 CB_40 = 2002 BV (cf. IAUC 7896).

SUPERNOVA 2005ep IN UGC 10626
Discovery by Puckett and Peoples of a possible supernova (IAUC 8607):
SN      2005 UT      R.A.  (2000.0)  Decl.    Mag.     Offset
2005ep  Sept.30.05  16 56 35.49  +58 01 30.2  18.0    2.7"E, 12.7"S
The object's presence was confirmed by D. McDonald, Celbridge, Ireland, 
with a 0.2-m reflector on Sept. 30.8.
