Richard Miles and David Boyd have kindly submitted measures allowing the TA/BAAVSS sequence to be extended to magnitude V=13.13. Richard adds that V data is based on a total of 13,120 seconds of integration (430 frames). During the preparation of the E-chart for TA, the editor noticed there are a number of stars of magnitude 11-12 missing across the nova's field from the GSC first version and many other stars have quite large magnitude differences against the AAVSO chart although it appears to be the GSC which has large errors in the field. This may have been corrected in revisions including that currently used by Guide 8.0. An e-chart will follow in the next CSN for those using FINDERS but the graphical chart should appear on the GOLD section of our WWW site shortly. For comparison with the AAVSO chart the following table has been prepared of changes in magnitude: AAVSO TA/BAAVSS 101 10.15 108 10.90 113 11.27 116 11.63 Guy M Hurst
