R. Showalter, SETI Institute, et. al., have reported on IAUC 8649 their discovery of two rings of Uranus. R/2003 U1 peaks in brightness at 97,700 km from the centre of the planet and near the orbit of Uranus XXVI (Mab). R/2003 U2 peaks at 67,300km but there is no obvious moon linkage. They have been imaged by the Hubble Space Telescope Advanced Camera for Surveys. SUPERNOVA 2005ma IN MCG -02-13-13 Discovery by Puckett and Orff of a possible supernova (IAUC 8647): SN 2005 UT R.A.
