His visual observations, made using a 0.20-m Schmidt Cassegrain telescope and linked to the AAVSO sequence follow: 20060912.14, <13.0; 20060913.149, 10.8; 20060914.138, 10.4; 20060914.172, 10,4 Patrick adds that the last observed outburst (also a supermaximum) occurred nearly four years ago - independently detected by Eddy Muyllaert on 2002 Oct. 24.191UT at 10.8v and by Patrick himself on 2002 Oct. 24.195 UT at 11.3v. Time-resolved photometry is strongly recommended. Position: RA 08h 36m 42.74s DEC +53 28' 38.1" (2000). According to AAVSO Special Notice No. 18, an independent detection of this outburst was made on September 14.0361 at 10.2v by S. Swierczynski, of Poland. Guy M Hurst
