The new star, which is also clearly seen at mag approximately 9.1 on a pair of similar photos taken at approximately June 7.193, is located at R.A. = 16h32m.2, Decl. = -45d08' (equinox 2000.0). Nothing brighter than magnitude 11.0 was seen at this position on May 20.1.
