Multiple CCD unfiltered images had been secured around 2007 Sept 12.083 using a 0.35-m Schmidt-Cassegrain telescope and the object was measured to be at: RA 06h 13m 32.33s DEC +69 43'49.2" (2000), which is approximately 39.9" west and 3.9" north of the centre of the host galaxy. Tom further reported the new object was not present on his images of 2007 Jan 14 and 2006 Dec 16 which had a limiting magnitude of 19.5. Further it was also not recorded on DSS II red (1997-03-09 limiting mag 20.5) nor blue plates (1996-01-18 limiting mag 21.0) In a further e-mail Tom relays that he obtained confirmatory images on Sept 12.912UT with measured end figures RA 32.34s DEC 49.0" and with the magnitude remaining at 17.5. A designation was assigned on CBET 1064 issued today. Congratulations to Tom on the discovery of his 107th supernova. Guy M Hurst
