Please e-mail if there has been any difficulty. With regard to parking near the meeting, the car park at the venue in Goat's Lane has limited space but Eastlands, as mentioned on the programme, has larger capacity. Please bear in mind this park is used for Council staff during the week and if you park other than in the outside spaces, you may be locked in for the weekend as explained on the programme. Please read the notices on display regarding times. Finally the main car park in Festival Place, having over 2000+ spaces, can be quite expensive for all day parking, but in any case work has started in resurfacing the entrance/exit so there are long delays on exit and should therefore be avoided. Can I also remind you that exhibitions of work undertaken over the last year are very welcome. Doors open at 10.00am so those with displays should arrive by then if possible as space is on a first come first served basis. For those attending who have not previously been subscribers of the magazine but would like to try it for 12 months, we can offer a special subscription rate of £10 (rather than £23) for the first year only and normal rates apply on renewal. This is a special offer to new subscribers and does not apply to existing renewals.
