The new object is located at R.A. = 6h37m19s.77 +/- 0s.02, Decl. = +56o22'57".8 +/- 0".2 (equinox 2000.0), which is approximately 5".6 west and 11".8 north of the centre of MCG +09-11-21. Nothing is present at this position on Boles' images from 2010 Mar 2 and 2009 Sept 25 (limiting mag 19.5) or on Digitized Sky Survey plates from 1991 Feb. 8 (limiting red mag 20.5) and 1991 Dec. 12 (limiting blue mag 21.0). Congratulations to Tom on the discovery of his 135th supernova. SUPERNOVA 2010hi IN NGC6621 Ron Arbour (South Wonston) reports his discovery of an apparent supernova (mag 18.0) on CCD images obtained on September 1 and 2. The object is located at position RA = 18 13 00.76, Dec. = +68 21 53.4 which is 30"E 4"N of the host galaxy. Congratulations to Ron on the discovery of his 24th supernova. Nick James
