Nakano, Japan, reports the visual discovery of a comet independently found by Kaoru Ikeya of Japan of Japan; 0.2-m reflector at 39x; diffuse with some condensation; coma diameter 1' on Nov. 2.831 UT and 2' on Nov. 3.81 and also by Shigeki Murakami, Japan; 0.46-m reflector at x78; coma diameter 4' with a 2' tail in p.a. 90 deg on Nov. 3.801; moving eastward at approximately 2'/hr). Nakano also advises of astrometry obtained by Koichi Itagaki (Teppo-cho, Yamagata, 60-cm f/5.7 reflector + unfiltered CCD camera), who notes comet to be diffuse with strong central condensation but no tail on Nov.3.85. 2010 UT R.A.
